These terms apply to the use of this website (disuadiscu.lol) and its informational content about our nursery, plant centre and services. They do not automatically form a purchase contract for plants, trees or goods.

3. Website content

We strive for accurate descriptions of our assortment, opening hours and services. Stock, sizes and availability change with the season. Binding offers are made only after confirmation by us — in person, by phone or in writing.

4. Enquiries

Messages sent via the contact form are requests for information or quotes. We will reply as soon as reasonably possible. No contract arises solely from submitting the form.

5. Intellectual property

Texts, layout, branding and images on this site are protected. You may view and share links for personal, non-commercial use. Reproduction or redistribution beyond that requires our prior written consent.

6. Liability

We are liable for intent and gross negligence according to German law. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual duties, limited to foreseeable typical damage, and for injury to life, body or health. This does not affect liability under the Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz).
